The Barbados Meteorological Services has discontinued the flash flood warning and severe thunderstorm watch it issued earlier today.

It however added in a release that “cloudy skies with scattered showers, periods of rain and possible isolated thunderstorms [are] likely throughout the day as the surface to low-level trough induced by the remnant of Tropical Storm Gert continues to generate instability across the island”.
