An unknown number of students were injured following an early morning altercation aboard a Daryll Jordan Secondary School bus in Payne’s Bay, St James.
Principal Stephen Jackman, who is currently on the scene, said he was in his office when he got the call.
“All I know at this time is that some students were involved in an altercation this morning, and the injured were transported to the hospital. Right now I am waiting for something to take them to school,” he said.
