A collision between two Public Service Vehicles and a truck along Spooners Hill, St Michael has prompted a mass casualty response.
Emergency personnel from the Royal Barbados Police Force, Barbados Fire Service and doctors and nurses from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital are currently on the scene, where numerous people have been injured.
