The Nation Publishing Co. Limited is a subsidiary of the Nation Corporation which is a subsidiary of One Caribbean Media Limited. On January 1, 2006 the Nation Corporation, a Barbadian owned media and communications company merged with Caribbean Communications Network of Trinidad and Tobago to form One Caribbean Media Limited. The Nation Corporation’s other subsidiary companies include the radio stations of StarCom Network, and a real estate holding company, Nation Properties.
The Nation Publishing Company produces the major newspapers of Barbados. Its products benefit from the most extensive distribution network on the island, which also extends to several Caribbean islands, the US and the UK.
