White Hill folk blue vex

Residents of White Hill, St Andrew are open to meeting with Minister of Housing Denis Kellman and Minister of Transport and Works Michael Lashley.

That was their reaction to Kellman’s recent announcement that 22 homes from the area badly affected by land slippage, would be moved to Farmers, St Thomas.

Randolph Springer told the DAILY NATION he was comfortable where he was, and charged that the people in power seemed to show no interest in their problems.

“They just want to come and disrupt people lives, talking about moving all the time. We here in our community are living here good with one another. I would just like them to fix the road,” he declared. (TG)
