The victim in this morning’s unnatural death at Stage 2, Jackson Tenantry, St. Michael, has been identified as 19-year-old Ebony Devera Downes-Tempro of Shop Hill, St. Thomas.
The incident occurred around 8:35 a.m. on Saturday.
Downes-Tempro sustained multiple injuries and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private vehicle, where she was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
A man is currently assisting police with investigations into the matter.
This marks the sixth homicide in Barbados for 2025.
