Body of man found near Bridgetown Fisheries Complex

Police are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the unnatural death of a man who appears to be in his fifties, which occurred sometime between the 12th and the 13th day of October 2017, in the water at the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex, Princess Alice Highway, St. Michael.

At around 7:55 am on Friday the 13th of October 2017, police received a report that the body of a man was floating in the water in the area of the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex. On responding to the report, the lifeless body was observed floating in the water. The body was subsequently retrieved by member of the Barbados Coast Guard.

 Investigations are continuing. (PR)
