Windies score second highest in history

West Indies put on a stunning batting display to rewrite the record book against Ireland in Clontarf, Dublin.

Today’s 385-7 off 50 overs is the second-highest score in West Indies ODIs dating back 52 years and 885 matches. In the last match on Friday, they made 352-8 – the team’s 10th highest in history.

Today’s innings was built around a career-best 170 from Keacy Carty, his second century in as many innings and third in his last eight knocks.
