Tennis’ new in-game innovations have had absolutely no impact on Darian King’s march to history, as the Bajan ace said he hasn’t felt the difference with the new in-game coach rule and serve clock.
King made the comments just moments after beating Lukas Lacko yesterday to become the first player representing Barbados to make the main draw of a Grand Slam.
“I didn’t use the in-game coaching because before the match we always talk about what we’re going to do, so during the match I don’t want to get too confused,” the 25-year-old explained. (JM)
