Murder accused Adrico Shakur Rudder is scheduled to appear in the District A Criminal Court this morning.
Rudder, 24, of Allamby Gap, Spooners Hill, St Michael is charged with the April 29 murder of Terrell Cumberbatch at Meadow Road, Wildey.
He is also facing a separate charge of use of firearm. (PR/SAT)
