Three teens charged in relation to ATM murder

POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and jointly charged three teenagers, in connection with the murder of 58-year-old Colleen Beresdean Payne of Lodge Hill, St Michael.

She was killed around 9 p.m. on July 17 while using the ATM at the University Drive, Black Rock, St Michael branch of Royal Bank of Canada.

The accused are Baggio McNeil Boxhill, 17, of 3rd Avenue Spring Garden, Black Rock, St Michael; Kishon Lemar Anderson Thomas, 18, of Nicholls Road, Seaview, St James and Orlando Ricardo Martin, 19, of 2nd Avenue, Bibby’s Lane, St. Michael.

Two other males have been charged with assisting offenders in relation to the death of Payne. They are 24-year-old Kyle Donicco Gill of Danesbury, Black Rock, St Michael and Darian Rueben Thompson, 19, of Oldplow Road, Bagatelle, St Thomas.

The five are all expected to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court today. (PR/NB)
