THE CHURCH HAS FALLEN on desperate times, not because of attendance and money, but a lack of involvement from churchgoers.

This is according to visiting Wesleyan Holiness minister, Reverend Dr Anthony Graham, who addressed hundreds of worshippers during the church’s annual National Assembly on Whit Sunday at Kensington Oval.

Graham, whose sermon dealt with the theme Repositioning For Maximum Impact, said that a “dark and sinister” world was riddled with numerous problems. He urged Christians to put their trust and faith in God.

“Our church at large has fallen on desperate times, not because of attendance, not because of money, not because of the lack of involvement. We are in desperate times because we desperately need a move of God in Barbados. I believe if God could bring revival in 1904, that God is able to bring revival in the year 2017,” he said.
