GUARDIAN GENERAL Pride of Villa made a thrilling comeback to earn a 36-36 draw with Pine Hill Dairy St Barnabas in the Barbados Netball Association’s Division 1 competition at the Netball Stadium on Monday night.

Villa mastered a game of catch-up to maintain their unbeaten record after winning their first two matches.

They were led by goal attack Latonia Blackman, who suited up in the goal shooter bib in the third quarter to net 30 of her 37 attempts.

However, St Barnabas played the better game, controlling the play until the fourth quarter before Pride of Villa evened the scores. (RG)
