THE BARBADOS WATER AUTHORITY wishes to advise residents and businesses in parts of St Thomas that tomorrow Tuesday, 23 May, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., there will be a shutdown of the Molyneux pumping station in St James.
This is due to preventative maintenance being carried out by the Barbados Light and Power in the area.
As a result, low water pressure and outages may occur in the following areas: Bagatelle, Bagatelle Terrace, Cue Land, Redmans Village, Welches Terrace and the surrounding districts.
Customers are asked to store an adequate supply of water for the duration of the shutdown. Water tankers will also be dispatched to assist.
