IT REQUIRED STRENGTH, speed, agility and technique, but when it was all over, Lee Knight stood head and shoulders above the rest.

The 23-year-old conquered the opposition and the obstacles to win the Barbados Ninja Throwdown at Featherbed Lane in St John on Saturday night.

Among the eight obstacles were the Cattlewash Stepping Stones, Green Monkey Bars, BDF Batons, Flying Fish Ladder and Garrison Spider.

Knight battled fiercely to complete the course in three minutes, 11.16 seconds and win the top prize.
