Pedestrian struck by car

A MAN WAS was struck by a car as he attempted to cross the street at Deighton Main Road, St Michael tonight.

Pedestrian Richard Jones, said to be in his late 50s, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.

Police are investigating.
