WITH THE DISAPPOINTMENT of crashing out of the Rio Olympic Games behind him, triathlete Jason Wilson will be heading to Europe next month for his first competitive races in a year.
His first event will be the German (Bundesliga) Triathlon League in the middle of June, followed by the French Grand Prix Series.
“These two series are two world-renowned series, where top athletes from all over the world are drafted by various cities within France and Germany to compete in a five-event series over the summer for the various cities in each of the two countries,” Wilson said while outlining the schedule for his return to international triathlons.
“Between the two series, I will compete in eight to ten races in Europe over the summer,” he added. (EZS)
