Darian King’s quest to crack the world’s top 100 is on hold for now as Barbados’ top-ranked tennis pro looks to rebound from a serious sinus infection before making a run at the French Open.

King’s coach and older brother Christopher explained the plan after the world No. 108 suffered three successive first-round defeats at the Challenger level while battling the illness.
