QEH ophthalmology clinics closed, polyclinic closing early

THE QUEEN ELIZABETH Hospital (QEH) has advised the public that its Out-patients’ clinics in the Department of Ophthalmology will be closed from tomorrow, Tuesday, April 11, until Thursday, April 13.

The closure is to facilitate the training of the ophthalmology nurses, and the clinics will resume operations on Tuesday, April 18.

The QEH regrets any inconvenience caused.

Meanwhile, the clinical and environmental health services at the Eunice Gibson Polyclinic, Warrens St Michael, will be closing at 1 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, April 11. 

This is to allow staff to attend the funeral of a colleague.
