20 years for Strictly Latin

SATURDAY WAS A showdown of epic proportions. And at the end of the various battles, the victors must still be basking in their hard-fought triumphs today.

There were dazzling displays of athleticism, fancy footwork and floor craft.

It was the night of Strictly Latin, celebrating their 20th anniversary, held at St Leonard’s Boys’ School in Richmond, St Michael. While the turnout of competitors and supporters was not as large as in previous years, the night was still filled with thrills.

From Juveniles Newcomers and Junior Beginners to Adult Intermediate and Advanced, each couple battled for just a fleeting glance of one judge’s attention. (NS)
