Parts of St Philip in darkness

FOR THE SECOND time today, residents in certain parts of St Philip have been hit by power outages.

The first took place around 3:15 p.m. and lasted about 45 minutes while the second blackout is currently in progress. It started about 6:20. p.m.

Areas reportedly affected are Ruby, Seaview and Lynches. (JS)
