WANTED MAN Dwayne Omar Caesar, 36, was held yesterday during a police operation in Eagle Hall, St Michael, conducted just after 10 a.m.

Police sources last night confirmed Caesar had been arrested in connection with a number of aggravated burglary offences, including a 2016 robbery at the Silver Fox arcade in St Lawrence Gap, Christ Church.

A Criminal Investigation Division team led by Inspector Frederick Catwell held Caesar after he reportedly barricaded himself in a house just feet away from his residence.

Only two weeks ago, a dragnet comprising 15 squad cars combed the district in the wee hours seeking the wanted man. (TS)
