BARBADOS lost to Trinidad and Tobago 2-0 in the friendly international football match at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva on Friday night.

In a match the Tridents were using as preparation for the Windward Islands tournament in May, the hosts’ win was set up by a double strike from substitute Jamille Boatswain.

Boatswain, who came on in the 31st minute, netted four minutes later and scored his second on the stroke of half-time.

Barbados will continue their preparations for the Windward Islands tournament with a game against Martinique later this month at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex. (HG)
