Another big BDFSP win

THE Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme (BDFSP) kept up their relentless pace at the top of the table when the Barbados Football Association’s Digicel Premier League continued at the Wildey AstroTurf on Tuesday night.

BDFSP placed the pressure back on Wales and the chasing pack with another emphatic victory.

This time, they brushed aside Brittons Hill 4-1, courtesy goals from Akeem Hill, Omani Leacock, Rico Forde and Shaquille Boyce. Curtis Odle was responsible for Brittons Hills solitary strike.

Brittons Hill held their own for the opening 15 minutes but the sustained intensity of the BDFSP, coupled with some quick thinking, eventually broke the St. Michael side down for the first goal. (ML)
