BUSINESSES AND AT least one church in close proximity to the proposed site for the Hyatt Hotel haven’t been forgotten.

Considerations have been given to those nearby establishments on Bay Street, St Michael, where the green light has already been granted for construction of the 15-storey multimillion-dollar hotel.

A check by the DAILY NATION yesterday of the Town Planning Department’s statutory registry revealed that 58 provisions had been outlined by that department.

“In accordance with Section 18 of the Town and Country Planning Act Cap 240, the minister hereby grants planning permission subject to the conditions, reasons and informative clauses stated hereunder, for the proposals contained in the Application #0445/03/2015B: Erection of Hotel at Bay Street, St Michael,” the document, dated February 15, stated.
