Three injured as two vans collide

THREE PEOPLE WERE injured this morning after two vans collided along the Warleigh section of the Ronald Mapp Highway around 7:25.

One van was driven by 19-year-old Samuel Manning of Carlton View, St James while the other was driven by 66-year-old Arthur Ramsay of Roebuck, St Peter.

Ramsay was accompanied by Margrita Alleyne-Ramsay, 61,  and Irvin Cumberbatch, 65.

Alleyne-Ramsay complained of pain to her neck and shoulder while Cumberbatch suffered an injury to his face. They were both taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.

Ramsay sought private medical attention for minor pains about the body while Manning was unhurt.
