‘Likes can’t beat character’

YOUNG PEOPLE are being cautioned not to measure their worth by the number of likes they receive on social media.

This advice is coming from Reverend Davidson Bowen (below), who spoke to students of the Coleridge & Parry School (CP) gathered at St Peter’s Parish Church on Monday. rev

The service was held as a part of the school’s Amalgamation Week activities to celebrate the merging of the Coleridge School and Parry School in 1952.

Bowen told the hundreds in attendance that in order to build true character, they should focus on developing relationships based on true love. (TSG)
