Watts up and away at St Jude’s

WATTS HOUSE painted the playing field at Greens, St George, purple and ran away with the title of inter-house champions by successfully defending their title when St Jude’s Primary School held the annual event on Friday.

Watts House racked up 766 points, 43 more than second-placed Reifer (Yellow) House (723 points.

Kirton (Orange) House were third with 659 points and produced the two outstanding athletes.

Victrix ludorum was Alika Harewood, who participated in the 100-, 200- and 400-metre races as well as the cricket ball throw to garner 40 points.

Donte Gill, the victor ludorum, gained 42 points after taking part in the 100, 200, 400 and 800 metres and the cricket ball throw. (GBM)
