Whitepark Road closed until further notice

A collapsed portion of the road at Whitepark Road, St Michael has resulted in the closure of the road.

A burst water main in the area caused part of the road to collapse and detours have been put in place.

Police officers will be in the area directing traffic. Road users are asked to be cautious and comply with all signage.

Personnel from the Barbados Water Authority and the Ministry of Transport and Works are currently working on repairs. (PR)
