Teen remanded on firearm, ammo charges

THE TEENAGER ACCUSED of firearm and ammunition offences has been remanded to prison.

Eighteen-year-old Jeffrey Aaron Holder of Grazettes Industrial Park, St Michael appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today before Magistrates Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant.

He is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of 16 rounds of ammunition.

Holder was arrested after police went to Retreat Terrace, Black Rock on Sunday around 2:30 p.m. and pursued Holder who ran when he saw the officers.

He was remanded to Her Majesty Prisons Dodds and will reappear in court on the February 21, 2017. (PR/NB)
