Transport Board bus crash leaves workers injured

TWO EMPLOYEES OF the Transport Board are nursing injuries following an accident which occurred in the wee hours of this morning.

Police say the crash happened around 2:30 a.m. at Parish Land, St Philip.

The bus was driven by 35-year-old Elvis Clement of Silver Hill Drive, Christ Church.

He was travelling with 47-year-old Andrew Walker of Haggatt Hall, St Michael and Anderson Hall, also 47, of Church Village, St Philip.

The two passengers, who are Board employees, complained of pain to the feet and hands.

They were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. (PR/NB)
