A ST JOHN MAN has been remanded to HMP Dodds while he awaits two sureties to pay bail to the sum of $300 000.
Jamar Leroy Ifill of #17 Development 3, Gall Hill, pleaded not guilty to possession of cannabis, possession with intent to supply and trafficking when he appeared before Magistrate Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court on Monday.
He was remanded until January 24, when the sureties are expected to appear before the court.
Ifill was charged in connection with 152 kilogrammes of cannabis with a street value of $608 000 which was found during a police operation at the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex on December 29.
He was the subject of a wanted notice before turning himself in to police. (PR/SAT)
