THE FIELD AT Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic was painted Blue after they emerged winners of this year’s St Ambrose Primary School sports.
The winners had earned a whopping 400 points, Orange House were second with 333 points, and Yellow House were third with 310 points.
Under-11 division champion Keiron Haynes of Yellow House blazed the track in the field events to capture the victor ludorum title with 38 points.
The victrix ludorum title was shared between Under-9 and Under-13 Girls’ division champions Jatajah Roach and Ashante Rudder, respectively, who collected 36 points.
Other division champions included Christian Gill, who won the Boys’ Under-13 title, Shavannia Hackett, the Under-11 Girls title, while the Under-9 title was captured by Thierry Cadogan.
The Under-7 Boys’ title was shared by Malachi Lovell and Liam Miller, while S. Cumbermack took the girls top spot.
The Most Improved Athlete was Under-9 girl Marianne Guerrero, of Yellow House, with 32 points. (RA)
