Man pleads guilty to 35 offences

A CHRIST CHURCH man who pleaded guilty to 35 offences will spend two years in prison.

Fifty-three-year-old Tyrone Antonio King of Forbes Land, Silver Hill appeared before Magistrate Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell in the District “B” Magistrates’ Court today.

He admitted to 17 counts of theft, eight counts of disorderly behaviour, two burglaries, one count of going equipped and seven counts of criminal damage.

The offences were committed in Christ Church between January and December last year.

King was sentenced to two years in prison for each offence. The sentences will run concurrently. (PR/NB)
