Marshall’s on the mark

BARBADOS’ top shooter Adrian Marshall is still hitting his target.

He recently won the production division at the National Pistol Championships hosted by the Barbados Rifle Association in collaboration with IPSC Barbados and the Smoking Barrels Management team.

Marshall cleared the board with 1 005 points, crowning a year in which he also captured the President’s Medal in the Caribbean Cup.

Rodney Clarke, in only his second competitive outing in the production division, was second with 985 points.

Sean Banfield won the standard division with 1 090 points. Gerald Gill was second with 888 and Richard “Cordite” Durant third with 799. (RG)
