POLICE ARE CONDUCTING investigations into an incident which left a 26-year-old security guard with multiple stab wounds about his body.
The incident occurred around 12:25 this afternoon at Hothersal, St John.
Police say Mario Alain of Country Road, St Michael was on the job at a tertiary education institution when he became involved in an altercation with a student. That student reportedly left and returned to stab him.
The security guard was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.
The suspect is currently in police custody assisting with the investigations. (PR/NB)
