COMBERMERE will not become the next Louis Lynch Secondary School.
That is the hope of Minister of Education Ronald Jones.
But that feeling isn’t stopping some parents from already requesting transfers from the Waterford institution.
Jones told WEEKEND NATION yesterday that the 1 100 Combermere students were set to be relocated to “three or four venues” next week.
He said the ministry decided to close the school after extensive tests failed to find the source of the environmental problem making students and staff sick. (AD)
