Nigeria project pays off for BIMAP

THE NIGERIAN DELTA State programme paid big dividends for the Barbados Institute of Management of Productivity (BIMAP) last year.

BIMAP’s chairman said the agency was looking to build on that revenue earned by offering online courses in the coming year and expanding into other Caribbean countries.

Chairman Ricky Straker was speaking at BIMAP’s annual general meeting at its Wildey, Michael, headquarters yesterday.

Straker said the increase in revenue and expenditure for 2015 was due in part to its involvement in the training programme of 70 students from Nigeria’s Delta State.  (HLE)
