And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. – Genesis 1:29

AS THE EARTH CONTINUES to shift and we come into alignment with “the age of Aquarius”, our consciousness will be awake and we will no longer be in a comatose state.

Since our consciousness should shift, I am asking: Have Caribbean people ever investigated why they cultivate the flower garden at the front and the herb garden at the back of their homes? The metaphysics-related answer will thrill you.

Here is another question: Have you ever investigated the medicinal properties of the plants in your garden? I am sure that if you have one plant which you truly adore and you conduct research on it, you could become the next emerging millionaire entrepreneur. In fact, if you start being more dedicated to your garden, you will find out about the soaps, creams, shampoos, conditioners and other commercial items that can be produced from the silent doctors in your garden.

A few years ago I visited a plant nursery and an unassuming plant caught my attention. I fell instantly in love with it and wanted to know more about it.

Orthosiphan artistatus (Blume) Miq, also known as silent doctor cat’s whiskers, kidney tea, Indian kidney tea or java tea, is a member of the Lamiaceae family. Cat’s whiskers has captivating white flowers and carries vibrant spiritual energy.

Research on herbsarespecial.com revealed the following: “Cat’s whiskers is an esteemed tea for kidney diseases, disorders causing wasting disease, dysuria, and for the treatment of kidney and urinary stones or discharge.” Further, the author indicated that “a man with kidney stones took two cups of cat’s whiskers tea and passed the stones”.

Research also shows that cat’s whiskers may be used to treat more than 18 health challenges including diabetes, high blood pressure, gout, bladder problems, gum problems, kidney disorders, cuts, asthma, obesity, nerve problems and shortness of breath.

Additionally, www.healthbenefitstimes.com offers this and other instructions: “For diabetes and hypertension . . . boil two cups of water with two handfuls of cat’s whiskers leaves until one cup remains. It should be consumed one time a day for best results.” Also, view www.ladycarehealth.com/15-amazing-benefits-of-cats-whiskers-for-skin-hair-and-health/.

Finally, I urge you to ask the Creator for wisdom as the Earth shifts.
