THE LURING OF FEMALE MINORS into sexual activity when they should be at school is very much under the gaze of the Royal Barbados Police Force and the Child Care Board.
The force’s public relations officer, Acting Inspector Roland Cobbler, said adult Barbadians who see girls in the company of adult males during school hours should resist turning a blind eye to what they suspect could lead to illegal acts.
SUNDAY SUN investigations discovered that the recent videotaped interaction between a girl and a male which led to a 17-year-old being charged with serious indecency, occurred in daylight in Queen’s Park, at the rear of one of the most traversed areas of the popular hang-out spot.
