But, said social activist and attorney David Comissiong, if the workers had been given the option and decided to brave the impending bad weather, then he would have no problem with the opening of the businesses.
Comissiong was weighing in on the raging debate about the decision by a number of businesses to open during the passage of Tropical Storm Matthew.
