THE FLOOD WARNING which was issued for sections of Barbados earlier today was discontinued at 4 p.m.
A weather bulletin from the Barbados Meteorological Services said the showers and isolated thunderstorms which affected northern, central and northwestern areas had diminished significantly.
Weather conditions are expected to further improve as the evening progresses. (PR/NB)
