CONSTABLES GRADUATING from a development course were sent off with a warning about their lateness.
Commandant of the Regional Police Training Centre Sylvester Louis chided them as he delivered the feature address to the officers during a ceremony at the Paragon, Christ Church facility yesterday. The officers were attending a joint graduation for the Enhanced Constables’ Development Course and Court Prosecutors Course.

Louis advised his fellow law enforcement officers not to sit on their knowledge and skills, but put them to good use when they returned to work. (MR)
