Shooting at Bartlett’s Tenantry

POLICE ARE investigating a shooting which took place at Bartlett’s Tenantry, Sargeant’s Village, Christ Church after 6 a.m. today.  

Reports are that 20 year-old Demarco Coombs was shot in the lower part of his body and rushed to surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Residents in the area say the young man was shot at Browne’s Road where he resides and ran to Harper’s Land where he collapsed on the road.

He was there crying out for help until the ambulance arrived. (JS/RA)
