BAD LUCK has once again befallen Dwayne Foster.

Back in May, he highlighted the plight of pensioner Ashton Clarke, whom he looked after, after he suffered a stroke almost four years ago while on the job at the Ministry of Transport and Works.

At the time, where they lived in Bartlett’s Tenantry Road, Christ Church, there was no running water or electricity, and many days they went without food because monies owed to Clarke by the National Insurance Scheme were left unpaid.

After the story appeared in the WEEKEND NATION, Clarke’s family arrived at the home the two men shared, with police officers in tow, and ordered Foster to vacate the premises within four days. (RA)
