DEMOCRATIC LABOUR PARTY (DLP) leader Freundel Stuart has issued a rallying call to party faithful, urging them to stick with the Dems.

And he has praised members of his Cabinet for supporting the party during these trying economic times.

As he addressed the 61st Annual DLP Conference yesterday, Stuart told members to continue to have faith in the future and in the promise of Barbados.

“I am thankful that a hard-working and committed Cabinet has stuck to the task of working for a turnaround in Barbados’ economic fortunes. We did not and do not always agree on everything. But the only places in Barbados where people agree on everything are in the Westbury Cemetery, at Coral Ridge, at Bushy Park and in all of the churchyards of this nation, where everyone is dead. (WILLCOMM)
