Starcom programme manager Ronald “Ronnie” Clarke said that the company had made some internal structural changes and planned to meet the artistes “soon” with the goal of having a policy to govern local music on its stations.
“We are actually analysing local music in general and its rotation so that is something which is ongoing with a view to have a policy which will guarantee more local music on a station like Hott 95.3FM,” he said.
“We have made a few structural changes and . . . once that becomes set, you will hear and see a greater benefit for local artistes,” the Starcom official said. (TG)
