THE CONTROVERSY SURROUNDING Rock Hard Cement Limited over the building of a warehouse structure at the Flour Mill site off the Spring Garden Highway is heading to the law courts.
The case, which is down for hearing in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, is accusing the company, whose chairman is businessman Mark Maloney, of refusing to carry out the instructions of a stop notice issued by Chief Town Planner Mark Cummins.
When contacted for comment yesterday, Cummins would only say “the matter is before the court”.
