Canadian nurse helps tipsy Bajan

SHE WAS OFF DUTY, but not off the job.

Lynn Bourgeois has always had a knack for helping people and it showed when she decided to help out St Clair Greenidge, who allowed a night of drinking and partying to conquer him.

She sprang into action on Friday night at the Oistins Bay Gardens in Christ Church, where many Barbadians and visitors flock each weekend to relax and have a good time. Bourgeois, a Canadian visitor and nurse by profession, took a few minutes from her vacation with friends and family to go back to work.

Following the National Cultural Foundation’s Mega Cavalcade Teaser at which artistes such as Verseewild and Damian Marvay performed, some people took to the platform and danced to party tunes. However, by that time Greenidge had tapped out and was soon sprawled on the steps of the platform. Apparently, he had a bit too much fun and this caused him to make the concrete his bed.
