ANDRE OMAR JACKMAN, also known as “Lord Evil” or “Punchies”, was released on $200 000 bail yesterday after a hearing in the No. 5 Supreme Court.

Jackman, 36, of Stroud Bay Road, Crab Hill, St Lucy, along with Ryan Omar Samuel, a 33-year-old painter; Shane Hakeem Omar Babb, 22, and unemployed; and Rory St Claire Thomas, 26, an electrician – all of Grape Hall; and Zaviere Renaldo Walkes, also unemployed, of Archer’s Road, Crab Hill, are jointly charged with the April 26, 2014 murder of Charly Dume.

Babb had also been granted bail in the sum of $200 000 with two sureties on May 14, 2015 when he appeared before Justice Olson Alleyne.

After being granted bail a year ago Jackman managed to acquire two sureties yesterday. The businessman often appeared in the Magistrates’ Court under heavy guard during the preliminary hearing.

Jackman is being represented by attorney Arthur Holder. (TKS)
